Our Approach
At Nourish-Wellness, LLC, we are a unique retail-style wellness center specializing in specific wellness goals that focus on weight loss and wellness. Our pricing includes the office visit and medication or treatment so there is only one charge, unless you add-on services. Appointments are preferred at this time so that your wait times are reduced. Please call the clinic during business hours or go online to schedule your appointment. We know your time is precious, so we want to make this very easy for you. Telehealth for Weight Loss and HRT is now available for TN residents-medication ships to your home- Phentermine not included. We will work with you to develop a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and lifestyle. We treat 18 yrs and up.
